Each air-con bungalows at Dumaguete Springs Beach Resort feature the following creature comforts: a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, Satellite TV, king sized double bed, hot and cold shower and a private covered terrace where you can relax, unwind and chill-out with cold drinks from our pool bar after a hot day in the tropical sun.
Intimate and relaxed, the bungalow’s interior is decorated in a European style, but with a unique twist: the customized, “raw” bamboo furnishings offer superb comfort and luxury, combining the elements of form and function. Daily Rate:
Php 1,600/room/night (Price is good for 2 Adults)
Php 700 – 4 to 6 hours use
Php 1,000 – 5 persons day use
Php 1,200 – 10 hours use
Superior houses with kitchen and exhaust fan , stove with oven, gas tank, large bed, toilet, hot water shower, water storage, pump, veranda with glass table and armchairs, air conditioning, fan, Cable TV. Capacity is up to 6 people adults and 2 children.
*Additional guests 200 pesos per person. Guests are provided: a mattress with bed linen and pillows.
Monthly Rate:
Php 21,000 per Month – electricity extra pay
Php 29,000 per Month – all inclusive

The daily rates INCLUDE electricity, water, cable, internet, etc., EXCEPT FOOD and DRINKS. For guests paying in US Dollars, the exchange rates will depend on the time of payment. The rates in pesos should be followed and are fixed rates. All our prices are inclusive of all taxes
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is received by the resort up to 15 days prior to arrival date will not be charged. If cancellation is within 15 days, a night penalty will be charged.
No Show Policy
No show on the arrival date, a night penalty will be charged.
Early Check Out
All the rest of staying period will be charged.
