Daily Rate:
Php 1,800/room/night (Price is good for 2 Adults)
Php 800 – 4 to 6 hours use
Deluxe houses with kitchen and exhaust fan , stove with oven, gas tank, large bed, toilet, hot water shower, water storage, pump, veranda with glass table and armchairs, air conditioning, fan, Cable TV. Capacity is up to 6 people adults and 2 children.
Monthly Rate:
Php 24,000 per Month – electricity extra pay
Php 32,000 per Month – all inclusive

The daily rates INCLUDE electricity, water, cable, internet, etc., EXCEPT FOOD and DRINKS. For guests paying in US Dollars, the exchange rates will depend on the time of payment. The rates in pesos should be followed and are fixed rates. All our prices are inclusive of all taxes
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is received by the resort up to 15 days prior to arrival date will not be charged. If cancellation is within 15 days, a night penalty will be charged.
No Show Policy
No show on the arrival date, a night penalty will be charged.
Early Check Out
All the rest of staying period will be charged.
