Daily Rate: 1,400/day
Deluxe houses with kitchen and exhaust fan , stove with oven, gas tank, large bed, toilet, hot water shower, water storage, pump, veranda with glass table and armchairs, air conditioning, fan, Cable TV. Capacity is up to 6 adults and 2 children. Additional guests 200 pesos per person. Guests are provided: a mattress with bed linen and pillows
Monthly Rate 16,000/month

The daily rates INCLUDE electricity, water, cable, internet, etc., EXCEPT FOOD and DRINKS. For guests paying in US Dollars, the exchange rates will depend on the time of payment. The rates in pesos should be followed and are fixed rates. All our prices are inclusive of all taxes
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is received by the resort up to 15 days prior to arrival date will not be charged. If cancellation is within 15 days, a night penalty will be charged.
No Show Policy
No show on the arrival date, a night penalty will be charged.
Early Check Out
All the rest of staying period will be charged.
